Delivery and payment 

We strive to make the purchase process as convenient as possible for each customer. On this page you will find all the necessary information about the delivery terms and payment options for THORSEN products.

Terms of delivery

We deliver night vision devices all over Ukraine and abroad. You can choose the method that suits you best:

  • Courier services of Ukraine: "Nova Poshta, Meest, Justin, and others. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.
  • Targeted delivery in Kyiv and the region: by agreement with the manager.
  • International delivery: we cooperate with DHL, UPS, FedEx and other international carriers. Delivery time depends on the recipient's country.

All shipments are carefully packaged and insured. The cost of delivery is calculated individually according to the tariffs of the selected service.

Payment options

  • Cash upon receipt: for shipments within Ukraine via courier services.
  • Cashless payment: bank transfer to the company's account (with or without VAT) with the issuance of an official invoice.
  • Payment by card: we accept Visa and MasterCard payments through a certified payment service (please contact the manager to receive an invoice).
  • Payment from abroad: SEPA and SWIFT transfers to our account in Europe or to a Ukrainian account are possible. Details will be provided after order confirmation.

Value added tax (VAT)

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. If the end-user is the Armed Forces of Ukraine or another organization exempt from VAT, the amount of tax is not charged (an end-user certificate is required). In this case, the price will be lower by the amount of VAT.

For all other clients, the expense invoice and the invoice are issued with VAT in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

Forms of cooperation

We work on terms and conditions:

  • Full prepayment - for individual orders and most standard devices.
  • Partial or deferred payment is possible for government customers, units of the Armed Forces and volunteer organizations if they have a contract and an end-user certificate.
