Warranty and service of Thorsen night vision devices

The Thorsen team provides a full range of services for all models of night vision devices. We promptly process each application, work with original components and support customers at all stages of using your equipment.

Our services

  • Prompt processing of requests. All requests are recorded in our system, and a specialist will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Diagnostics and repair. We carry out a full inspection and troubleshooting, replace electron-optical converters, lenses, housings, mounts, and other components.
  • Warranty and post-warranty service. During the warranty period, we carry out repairs free of charge; after it expires, we provide paid services.
  • Spare parts and accessories. We supply original helmet mounts, covers, goggles, bags, and other components.
  • Support for government customers. Applications from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Emergency Service, and charitable organizations are processed on a priority basis.

Warranty conditions

The warranty for Thorsen appliances is valid for the warranty period and covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover mechanical damage, unauthorized repairs, or violations of the operating rules. After the warranty period has expired, we offer paid maintenance services to keep your UPS in good working order.

Recommendations for care and operation

  • Do not use the appliance in direct sunlight or in a lighted room.
  • Avoid shocks and falls, and check the tightness of the case.
  • Store the device in a dry place in a protective case.
  • Clean the body and optics with a soft, lint-free cloth.
