Many of our friends and former employees of the businesses we were involved in before the war are now serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Even before the full-scale invasion, we were working with tactical and military equipment, optics and weapons, so we deeply understand the specifics and requirements for such equipment. Since the first days of the invasion, we have been helping them and their brigades by supplying reliable night vision devices, accessories and providing advice. In modern warfare, night vision and thermal imaging systems are critical to the outcome of operations and the safety of soldiers. That's why we use only the best components:

  • Premium electronic optical transducers (EOTs). We use only tubes from trusted manufacturers (e.g. Photonis) with high light sensitivity and service life.
  • Reliable housings and optics. Cases made of shock and moisture resistant materials, multi-coated lenses, protection against overheating and overload.
  • Military-grade components. All connections, mounts, and batteries are tested in harsh environments to ensure they work flawlessly in combat.

Yes, there are cheap devices on the market today, including those labeled "GEN3". We know these tubes and housings - they are often refurbished or low-quality components without quality control. We cannot afford to risk your life and reputation by offering such solutions, so we work only with uncompromising components.

Our range and additional equipment

Currently, THORSEN specializes in night vision devices, but we offer a wide range of other solutions:

  • Night vision monoculars and binoculars. Lightweight and compact devices for working in complete darkness, compatible with helmet and weapon mounts.
  • Specialized solutions for the task. We develop and complete systems for reconnaissance, perimeter security, or AI-based systems.
  • Accessories. Mounts, batteries, surge protectors, adapters, and other optional components.
  • Selection of additional equipment. Upon request, we can help you choose and organize delivery: IR lights (infrared flashlights), laser target designators, collimator and optical sights, as well as other tactical equipment.
